Everything went well at Le Sultan. Flawless pickup and delivery to the airport. Nice room. Good indoor and outdoor pools. When a Viator day trip to Carthage got cancelled on me guess what Le Sultan did? On that day, they got one of their staff to drive me to Sisi Bousaid, then took me to Carthage, and finally Tunis and the Medina! In short, Tarek at Le Sultan became my own private Viator, setting up tours for me when local operators did not work. Exceptional service. By the way this all inclusive is great value for money! I know nothing even remotely as budget friendly except maybe some all-inclusives in Cuba. But the food at the buffets here is better. One piece of advice: if you want to do anything outside the resort like maybe buy lunch or souvenirs on a day tour, get Tunisian money at the airport, because the ATM at the resort doesn't work and nearby ones are a good walk away. But they take cards for everything, so that isn't really much of an issue. I recommend this resort heartily it's got everything and at a great price!

It was an absolute great hotel with plenty activities and things to do. Plenty of swimming pools inside and outside, hot and cold with Jacuzzi and spa. Daily interactive things to do like playing darts and cards with other guests which was really fun. Water sports and beachfront area as well as all the other activities like horse riding, tennis, padel, archery almost others. Also Shisha. Because there is not really much to do outside your hotel in Tunisia, it’s best you have a hotel you can be entertained and occupied in so this hotel really met that standard. We did go out of the hotel to explore Sousse mall and other restaurants in Hammamet but honestly we had a great time in the hotel overall. The front desk staff were amazing and the daily staff outside the sun lounge and pool areas were amazing as well. Lovely people overall.

We had a wonderful stay again thanks to all the fun activities, padel, tennis, animation, mini disco and a lovely private beach. The room was comfy as always and the vibe was amazing. A special thanks to Mouna and Tata for entertaining our daughter and her friend ❤️. Big thanks to Mounir from the reception and to all the chefs and waiters for making my husband's birthday dinner unforgettable. Also a big shout out to the fabulous animators Haykel and Jamel for organising all the cool sport activities and to the lovely housekeeper lady that made a Swan decoration with flower petals on our bed. Hope to be back again next year. 🙏😊

I would like to thank the entertainment manager Slim and the team Haykal, Muna and others who had an excellent program, we enjoyed every, morning and evening, from pool activity to Darts, to tennis, archery, French bowling and many others! A two days trip to the south was amazing. The staff in restaurants were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to the people in the kitchen who made a wide verity of food… fantastic. Thanks to all who made our stay comfortable and pleasant!

The hotel is set in nice grounds. It was comfortable and clean. It was quite quiet during our stay. The food for breakfast and dinner is a buffet with plenty of choices, and as vegetarians we had no trouble eating there. We made good use of the pool especially as there were not many other people using it. We could walk into town in around 50 minutes as the road is quite pleasant to stroll along, although taxis are cheap (Bolt is not available in Hammamet). The staff was pleasant.
